Why is it useful, who would benefit from it, how should it work?
This is great!
I like the idea of bringing the service to the customer. Especially for routine migration activities that they may want to schedule. I could see this particularly useful for ECG customers. I also see this as another service that could be offered through MyTravelport.
Agree with Charlie's comments... letting them control/set the schedule would help smooth the process.
Question: What is ECG? If it's long-tail, very much agree. We've got to reduce number of touches as much as possible and just "digitilizing" the appt. would be a good step.
